Building on your boxing and kickboxing foundation with me experienced offensive and defensive techniques and optional sparring.

A CrossFit-style program focused on building strength, cardio, endurance, core and flexibility through high intensity training and functional movement patterns.

The basics. Focusing on self-defense, position, submission and escape fundamentals necessary to become a good grappler.

Improve your ground game. Dynamic, advanced no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and concepts.

Basic boxing and kickboxing skills, combined with conditioning for a full body workout.
