Our trainers create a completely custom strength and conditioning regimen that builds on martial arts fundamentals with weightlifting, mobility, high intensity training, bodyweight and functional movements, to deliver highly effective and efficient workouts. For our beginners, this program will introduce you to basic martial arts techniques in an easy-to-learn progression. This is an entry-level program designed to allow you to develop at your own pace. No previous training is required! Soft resistance (focus pads, kick shields, heavy bags, etc.) will be used along with calisthenics and plyometric exercises to enhance the workout. For our seasoned athletes, our coaches have what it takes to take you to a level you’ve never been before.
